Terms and Policies

Planning a season requires a time commitment from our Show staff.  With that said, the scheduling, planning and funding of games and tournaments can not happen without the financial commitment from our families.  Show California Baseball requests that all payments be made by the designated deadline to allow proper organization and execution.

 

Refunds requested before teams have been formed will be refunded 100% of all registration fees and ongoing team fees paid minus a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be granted after teams have been formed as these funds have been allocated to secure team slots in leagues/tournaments and/or showcases.


In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be granted solely at the discretion of the Show California Baseball leadership team.
